Subalp

More hard slog around St Mary's today. Just Wryneck and Lapland Bunting were all we could muster this morning, but the day improved later. Good views of the Cattle Egret, Osprey, Great Northern Diver and Red-breasted Flycatcher, before heading back to town. News of a Subalpine Warbler in the centre of town broke as we headed over the golf course. By the time we arrived a fair crowd had assembled and after a tense wait, plus a couple of stampedes, we managed pretty good views.
