A disappointing morning at a wind-blasted Saltholme. A nice pair of Garganey didn't make up for the fact the Temminck's Stint was re-found just after I arrived home.
The afternoon was better with Wood Warbler and Pied Flycatcher at Muggleswick, then a cracking fly-by Osprey at Derwent Reservoir.

All quiet in Gateshead, but a White Wagtail at Lamesley was new in.
Please let the Kielder Osprey Project know if you see any of our returning youngsters. Hoping to get down soon to see if I can see Blue 39 - an osprey I helped ring.
