Blackwit record

Another 37 Black-tailed Godwit dropped into Shibdon to join the single bird remaining from yesterday. We've now had more this year than the total previously recorded, ever. Also here were 9 Shoveler and a brief Kingfisher. An evening visit gave a fly-through Peregrine.

A morning walk around Watergate gave 4 Little Grebe, plus singing Reed and Willow Warbler.
